UTS Library

Justice of the Peace

Justices of the Peace are available at UTS Library by appointment via email.

JPs can witness a person making a statutory declaration, witness a person making an affidavit, and certify that a copy of an original document is a true and accurate copy. There is no charge for this service.

Note that if you wish a JP to certify that a copy is a true copy, you MUST bring the original document with you for the JP to view, as well as the copy.

UTS Library has volunteer JPs who are available to assist staff and students.
