This Client Service Charter (PDF 870KB) has been developed in consultation with staff and students to clarify our services and standards.

The main purpose of the University Library is to support the teaching, learning and research needs of the students and staff of the University of Technology, Sydney. The Library promotes and teaches information literacy: how to find, evaluate, organise and use information recognising them as the key skills to independent lifelong learning in a world of continuous change.

The Library is able to offer limited access to independent researchers and staff and students from other universities

The Library is a service organisation. We focus on the needs of our clients. Our aim is to provide excellent services that are efficient, relevant and continually develop and improve.
