LibraryChat! is available for UTS students and staff to chat with a librarian between:

  • 1pm to 8pm, Monday to Thursday
  • 1pm to 6pm, Friday

If you have a quick request such as “What are the opening hours?”, “When is the Research Help Desk open?”, “How can I book a discussion room?” “How many books can I borrow?” ask us by instant messenger.

If you require detailed information, please use our Ask a Question by email service.
