Grammarly

Hi, recently I have to try to log into Grammarly to work on one of my paper. However, the website has been updated into a new version and now I no longer have a full access into Grammarly anymore but just a standard free account. I was wondering if there any way to fix this?.

For this account, I have signed up with the UTS code around 2 years plus ago.

Can you please try to reactivate your account by using the following instructions -- If this does not work can you please send me an email at carl.smythe@uts.edu.au and i will look into the issue for you.

 

Please backup any work/s in your "My Grammarly" account before you apply the fix

 

Users can upgrade their accounts to the license again by the following instructions:

1) Log out of your individual free account https://auth.grammarly.com/logout_redirect. Go to https://www.grammarly.com/edu/signin and log in to your account again;

Grammarly’s free writing app will make sure your messages, documents, and social media posts are clear, mistake-free, and impactful.

2) Check your email (Inbox and spam folder) for a confirmation email and click the link inside. It will redirect you to the right page;

3) On the new page, please apply the access code 
  (The access code is the same as on the Grammarly Database notice page)

4) Enjoy using Grammarly!

Can we have the premium account as well? or just the regular free account as a UTS student.

UTS students who create an account using their UTS email address (Email Domain must be either student.uts.edu.au or uts.edu.au) should automatically be given a premium account. 

If you create an account following the Grammarly database notice instructions and your account is the regular free account please let me know or please send us an email

Please contact the administration at University of Technology Sydney to request an extended enterprise license, or proceed with your free personal Grammarly account.

I have the same question,my grammarly just changed to a free account as well,it was working fine yesterday,then today not a premium account any more.could you please help fix?Thank you!

We are currently having issues with Grammarly which is affecting all UTS accounts. We have contacted Grammarly and will let you know once the issue is resolved.

Hi There, I am having some issues with Grammarly as well. It was working perfectly yesterday and now it has changed to the free version. Is there anything that can be done?
