I have installed EndNote, and have Word 2008 but cannot find EndNote anywhere in Word?
Endnote says it should automatically be in my tools drop down but I can't find it anywhere... Any tips?? thanks!

If you are on a Mac, the issue might be that you need to update Word 2008 (you can do this for free, but it is a big download from Microsoft's website). There are instructions and information about this (and also what to do if that's not the issue) under CWYW 1 on EndNote's FAQ website.
