Dear Alexandra,

Are you a law student? If you are a law student, I assume that you would have been using the Australian Guide to Legal Citation  (AGLC). Part IV of the AGLC is devoted to “International Materials”, which includes, Treatises, United Nations Materials, and International Court of Justice documents, & c. Please see http://mulr.com.au/AGLC3.pdf

You may also find examples in the EndNote Law: Citations guide useful: http://www.lib.uts.edu.au/guides/law/endnote-law-citations.
