Film/Video/DVD Booking Form

  • Bookings may be made by UTS students and staff for classroom purposes only.
  • Allow at least 3 working days for items to be available.
  • Films will be delivered to specified collection point 2 working days prior to booking unless requested otherwise
  • Postgraduate students need authorisation from their supervisor to request items not held by UTS Library.
  • For InterLibrary Loan requests for items not held by UTS Library use the Film/Video/DVD Requests.
