MIT OpenCourseWare

MIT OpenCourseWare makes the materials used in the teaching of almost all of MIT's subjects available on the Web, free of charge. There are more than 2,200 courses available in subjects such as Economics, Management (from the Sloan School of Management) and Political Science  

Open Course Library

A series of online courses on a wide variety of subjects, available under a Creative Commons Attribution license. Very adaptable. Some noteworthy for Business options include:

Open Yale Courses

Provides free and open access to a selection of introductory courses taught by distinguished teachers and scholars at Yale University, including courses in Economics, Political Science and Sociology.

Utah State OpenCourseWare — Economics Landing

Education material used on-campus through Utah State University, provided online under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.5 license. (Meaning it is somewhat restrictive to adapt, but allowed.) The economics landing page includes all their current economics subjects.
