Procrastinate Later! Writing Bootcamp

Do you have trouble motivating yourself to get uni work done?

An American study suggests that over 70% of students have trouble with procrastination. If you do, this workshop could help by providing you with an environment to focus exclusively on your writing.

We're happy to announce that Procrastinate Later! Writing Bootcamp will run on Thursday 14th May in Room 4.j. (Go up two flights of stairs and turn right).

Bring a project/assignment you're working on and need to make progress with.

How it will work:

  • running in 1 hour blocks, starting at 1pm
  • participants must commit to stay for at least one hour, starting at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm
  • every 30 minutes there will be a short break
  • no surfing the internet. Mobile phones are silent or switched off
  • the room will be silent
  • coffee and tea will be provided
If you arrive over 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed into the room and will need to wait for the next hour.

A trained UTS counsellor will be available between 2-3 in a separate room to answer your questions about procrastination.

Please register your attendance

Hope to see you there!
