RESOLVED: Off-campus access firewall issue has been fixed

UPDATE 9.13am 19 April 2018 - This issue has been fixed, if you are still experiencing issues please see how to clear your cache below.

 

We are currently investigating an issue where Off-campus students are receiving a firewall error message.

It may be a caching issue on your computer from the last Firewall issue, you can try a different browser or clear you cache, see Clear you web browser's cache,cookies and history by Indiana University.

If you are receiving this error whilst trying to access full text content please try to:

  • search the Catalogue for a journal title and then note the database where you can access it
  • search the Catalogue to find the database and then search within the database for the full text of the journal article
  • search ProQuest or EBSCOhost databases, instead of Find Articles, for full text.  

We are working on resolving this as issue soon as possible.

I am attempting to access my home directory on the rerun server, and recieved a Web Application Firewall notice...i am using a private machine to do so.
