Current database issues

We are currently experiencing issues with the following databases:

  • Cambridge University Press (UPDATE: 9.50am this is now working)
  • Alexander Street Press (UPDATE: 1.45pm this is now working)
  • Grammarly - in particular activating your account (see below)

The email from Grammarly to activate your account may be blocked by your email account. To whitelist the email addresses (add to safe senders) you need to add info@send.grammarly.com and donotreply@grammarly.com to your contact list. Grammarly recommends waiting for a couple of hours then log in https://www.grammarly.com/edu/signin and select resend the confirmation email. The email should arrive within about a minute and contain a "Verify email" link.

If you continue to experience difficulties see Prevent email from being marked as spam in EOP and Office 365, you can also call our IT Support Center on 9514 2222 or go to the IT Support Center in person at CB10.2 counter 8 or 9. They can help to white list the email address and do some troubleshooting.
