I'm trying to open the e-journal "Water resources research" but I get an error massage saying that the browser cannot connect to the server at ezproxy.lib.uts.edu.au.

I have tried with Chrome, Safari and Firefox

I have used the system many times before and have not had any problems

What should I do? Is the system down?
