Is it actually possible to renew a book online, once the renewal limit has been reached even if there is no hold? It only seems to be possible to renew if one is under the limit. It would defintely be more convenient if a trip to the libarary wasn't required to renew a low demand/non-recalled item.

Hi there,

In this situation it's probably best to call the loans desk on 95143095 and talk to them as they will have to manually override the system for you. Most of the time this shouldn't be a problem, but I don't think the system will allow you to do that yourself.

Thanks!

Hi Tuan,

Yes indeed you can renew online or via the phone. Use the mylibrary link accessible via the quicklinks area of the library homepage to renew online. To renew by phone call 95143666

Thanks

David

It's rather inconvenient to bring the books to the library after exceeding the renewal limit. If there is no recall on those books, the patrons should be able to renew them online.
