What if the library does not have access to a database I need?
I need access to the Japanese Journal of Applied Physics. In particular this paper here:
http://jjap.jsap.jp/link?JJAP/36/3146/
As far as I can see, the UTS Library does not have access to this journal. Is there something that can be done?
Thanks!

Would you please let me know if you are unable to download the article?
