Transfer of references from EndNote Web to Mac application is not working.

Transfer of references from EndNote Web to Mac application is not working.

I have been saving refrences into EndNote web but when I transfer the references from EndNote mac application, they do not move across into the application. 

Trying to use 'cite while I write', have preferences set to source references from EndNote Web but it keeps only searching from mac application. 

Please advise.

Hi Tamzin,

You might need to connect your EndNote web account to your Endnote desktop one. The way to do this is in EndNote. Choose edit/preferences/endnote web.

A box should pop up with some stuff to fill in:

url: put in http://www.myendnoteweb.com

username: put in the username you created for EndNote web

password: put in the password you created for EndNote web

Then press activate.
