Reporting a Breach of Copyright [1]

If you believe that

• copyright protected material [2] is available at the University of Technology, Sydney in such a way that could constitute copyright infringement [3] or a breach of an agreed licence or contract

you should notify the copyrightcontactofficer@uts.edu.au [4] and include the following information:

• a description of the potentially infringing material
• the location or site address (eg URL, hostname, IP address and file name) of the material
• whether you are the owner of the material (or if you are not the owner – whether you are acting on the owner’s behalf)
• your comments about the matter (if any)
• your name and telephone contact details.
