The works will entail the construction of 270 residential apartments based over 2 towers and 4 levels of basement car parking, a supermarket and retail shops along street level.
The project will be delivered over a period of approximately 2 years commencing from October 2012.
During the construction works, 'Construction Workzones' will be established along Quay Street, Thomas Street and Ultimo Road, whilst trying to minimise the disruption to neighbours and local businesses.
