UTS Library ran a service quality survey called LibQUAL+® from 10 - 28 September. The purpose of the survey was to help us plan for the future of UTS Library. We feel that it is important that we understand our clients perceptions and expectations so that we can provide the services you need. Survey respondents were invited to be in the draw for 5 prizes and today we are announcing the lucky winners. Each of the winners receives a prepaid Visa debit card worth $250.
