Every time I click on the link to download the Harvard (UTS) system for EndNote, a page opens with typescript and question marks everywhere. Is there another way or link for downloading this system?

Hi Anthea,
Go to this page http://www.lib.uts.edu.au/help/referencing/endnote [2] and click on the hyperlink 'Download the Harvard UTS style' - then choose 'open'. It should pop EndNote up on your computer - even if it isn't open already. On a Mac, this works best using Firefox as your browser: if using Safari you'll need to right click (or Control+click) on the link to save the style first, and and then open the saved style. From there choose File/Save as and call it Harvard UTS and you should be right. Sometimes your web browser may ask you to choose which software to open the Harvard UTS style with, in which case choose EndNote.
