Hi Cecille, [6]
Hi Cecille,
Good question! This is an element of referencing we were just about to incorporate into our pdf document that should be out soon.
The way you reference a Media/Press Release is like this:
If you have the original press release on paper, reference like this:
Watersmith, C. 2000, BHP enters new era, media release, BHP limited, Melbourne, 1 March
Format: Author, year, Title, format, publisher, city, day and month of release.
If the same item was online then you'd reference it like this
Watersmith, C. 2000, BHP enters new era, media release, BHP, Melbourne, 1 March, viewed 18 July 2012, <www.bhp.com.au/mediarelease18897/ [9]>.
Format: Author, year, Title, format, publisher, city, day and month of release, viewed date, <url>.
