You can reference a GTA entry as an unpublished document. For instance, you can reference the Oroton Blogger Outreach entry from 2010 (catalogue record: http://find.lib.uts.edu.au/search.do?R=OPAC_b2605952 [9]) as:
Bellamyhayden: chatterbox 2010, 'Oroton Blogger Outreach', Golden Target Award entry, unpublished.
In this case, we are using the PR company, Bellamyhayden as an author.
