Hi Phyo,
The publisher is the organisation or company that has published the book, making it available for sale or distribution. The edition refers to the version of a book if it has more than one version; some textbooks will indicate if for example it is the 2nd or 3rd edition. Most books don't have editions as they are published once, so this requirement may not apply to your book.
