Moreover, how can I combine two different files of Endnote to one of them or new one?

As to merging EndNote libraries you can import a folder of a library from EndNote into another one by going to EndNote and selecting File/Import/ and then if you import a file select 'EndNote library' from the list of options. If you want you can also cut and paste from one library to the other if you just want to move a reference or two.
