I ordered a book and stated that if the book could not be taken on Oct 17, I had to cancel booking the book. But on Oct 24, I got a message to ask me to pick up the book while I don't need it anymore, and I even couldn't cancel it. Why that? Please fix it. Thanks.

Yes, I think it's a BONUS book, because when I found the book title, someone had borrowed it. So I tried borrowing the book through Bonus because I needed it urgently. I stated that after 2 days, if I couldn't get it, I would cancel the order. Now, the book came but it was late. I don't need it anymore. My student number is 11667502, and my last name is Nguyen. Please check that for me. Thank you.

All done Thi Dan - normally you can cancel one of our requests but it doesn't work for BONUS items which is why the book arrived. The not needed after date probably fell after they placed the book in transit which is why you received it in the first place.
