The journal or book may never have been published in electronic format.
Textbooks & Reading List Material - Check the Library Catalogue
Search the Library catalogue [9] for the title. If it is available electronically, the catalogue entry will have a link you can use.
Some Online Journals have Embargoes
This means that the most recent issues are not yet available in electronic format, enforced by the publisher of the journal. The delay can range from 3 months to 3 years. Double-check the publication details once you have linked to the title details from the Library catalogue.
An Electronic version is available, but only for Individuals
That is, only a personal (not Library) version is available. In this case, the publisher only allows individuals to download the title to one computer.
