We will email or telephone [6]
We will email or telephone you when the item is ready to collect. You can then collect the item from the campus library specified on the request form.
If you request a journal article, book chapter or conference paper, you will be able to retrieve the material using a URL and PIN which will be sent to your UTS email address. (Articles supplied via ArticleReach Direct do not require a PIN. You will simply access your article via a URL sent to you via email). You will need internet access, a UTS email account and Adobe Acrobat Reader [9] version 7 or later. (Adobe is free to download.)
For assistance with accessing material please call the Library on 02 9514 3314 or email as_ill@lib.uts.edu.au [10].
