Why does my author have lots of initials and the wrong surname?

Open up the reference in [6]
Open up the reference in EndNote and put a comma after the last word of the organisation name. In the example, the author should be University of New South Wales,
Close the reference and the problem is fixed.
If the organisation name has an internal comma (eg University of Technology, Sydney) see this Answer [9].
Another possible cause for this problem is that you may have more than one author name on a single line in your EndNote reference. In EndNote, each author must be on a separate line in the Author field. This applies for Editors also.
