Left click with your mouse on the filter's hypertext link and select Open with EndNote from the menu that appears. Then click OK.

EndNote will start and open a Filter window where you will see some details about the filter. Click on File, Save As. The Save As window will open, showing the name of the filter, possibly followed by the word "Copy" or some other text such as "20%". Delete this extra stuff if you see it, so that just the filter name is displayed, and then click on Save.

Close the Filter window and you should then be able to select the new filter in the usual way.
