getting a "Connection refused by emj.bmj.com, please try again later" messsage when I try to access a journal

I'm trying to access an article from Emergency Medicine Journal, that should be fully accessible through BMJ Journals Online Archive, but I keep getting the message "connection refused by emj.bmj.com, please try again later".  Any ideas on what's happening?  The article I'm after is Lin, Y.K. & Lin, C.J. 2011, 'Factors predicting patients' perception of privacy and satisfaction for emergency care', Emergency Medicine Journal, vol. 28, no. 7, pp. 604-8.

thanks in advance,

Right you are Ingrid, this is a different database platform altogether which is a bit of a concern. I was just helping another student with Proquest so it seems like it's not affecting every one of our online databases... it's a mystery. Sadly the folks who can repair these connections don't work on the weekend so all I can do at present is to report these issues and hope that they are speedily resolved on Monday, unless they resolve themselves in the meantime, as does occasionally happen.

Thanks,

David

Thanks David.

Thanks David.

I've got the same message when trying to access SAGE Journals Online for another article from a different journal:  Shepley, M.M., Harris, D.D. & White, R. 2008, 'Open-Bay and Single-Family Room Neonatal Intensive Care Units', Environment & Behavior, vol. 40, no. 2, pp. 249-68.

I'm on campus, so it's not a connection issue.  How curious. I've found it another way, but it does indicate some database issue.
