How do I reference a chapter within an edited book that doesn't have a specific author attributed to it?
Some of the other chapters in the book have authors listed, but in the contents and title page to this chapter no author is listed. How should I reference this

It is hard to see how this is possible: someone must have written the chapter! If you have checked the title page of the chapter carefully, especially the bottom of the page; and also checked in the table of contents of the book to see if the authors are listed there; then I'd say that the authors are the same as the editors of the book. If you really can't work out the authors, please reply to this with the title of the book, the edition number of the book, and the title of the chapter, and we'll investigate.
