How do I reference a journal article when using footnotes rather than a reference list? I can’t seem to find a style guide for UTS.

It depands on the reference style you need to use. For example, AGLC(UTS) footnote format is different with Chicago A footnote format. AGLC(UTS) is the UTS legal referencing style. Referenceing a journal article using AGLC (UTS) style in footnotes, please go to AGLC(UTS) guide
