The problem has been reported. we're just waiting on an answer from Grammarly. They are based in the US so they might not get us an answer until tomorrow though.
Until Grammarly contact us and let us know what's going on I'm not sure we can do anything. I mean, if you like you could send me your document and I could try and run it through my account and send it back to you.. I'm not sure what the logistics of that would be - it probably wouldn't work because its an interactive feedback - you need to be in front of a computer.
Is the problem that the authorization code isn't working? Or is it that you're old account logon is no longer working? Or, did you register for an account and get a trial account and now your trial is over?
Sorry to take so long to get back to you - I've tried to figure this out myself but I need a new password and Grammarly still hasn't sent me one so I'll escalate this enquiry to our Scholarly Information team. More news as it arrives.
