Always Access from the Library Website
Did you reach this title from Google or a bookmark or favourites link? From off-campus, you may not be recognised as a UTS staff/student.

Search the Library catalogue for the book, journal title or database you want. If it is available in electronic format, the catalogue record will provide access to the fulltext.

Clear your Browser Cache and Check Settings
If you have linked to the fulltext via the Library, clear your browser cache/temporary internet files, check your privacy and accept cookies.

PDF Files Require Adobe Acrobat 6 or Above
If the full-text is in .pdf format, you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6 or above.
If you haven't set up Adobe Acrobat to open automatically in your browser, save the file you want to open.
Open Adobe and then open the saved file.
To set this up in Adobe Reader, click on Edit > Preferences > Internet and tick the box for "Open PDF in browser".

Ebrary Requires a Reader Plug-in
Books from the ebrary collection require the Ebrary Reader to be installed onto your computer.
If you cannot install software on the computer you are using, contact the computer administrator.

The Problem may be Temporary
Try again later. The internet may be overloaded or the database momentarily off-line.
