Hi Jyoti,

I would probably treat UpToDate as a database. An example reference is provided below:

Reference List

Axelson, D. 2017, Pediatric bipolar disorder: overview of choosing treatment, Uptodate, viewed 17 May 2017, <UpToDate>.

- Normally after the title you would put some description of the kind of resource you were talking about, but I'm not sure what to describe Uptodate as - a clinical guideline perhaps? If nothing seems to apply here though, leave that out and just use the template as seen above.
