For the author's name, the first name comes first or the surname when referencing the lecture notes?

Hi Jingwen

When you are using Harvard UTS reference style, you always list the authors' surname first. For in-text referencing, only write the authors' surname, but you need to write the authors' surname and the first name, middle name initials for the reference list.
