INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS

A number of introductory sessions are held in the library during the first few weeks of semester. These sessions are not specific to any subject area, but give a good overview of the services and resources provided by UTS Library.

If you can't make any of the scheduled sessions, there are Audio Tours, Visual Tours and Online Tutorials available to help you (see Related Links), or you can request a group session.

SUBJECT BASED SESSIONS

The Library provides a range of sessions tailored for particular Nursing, Midwifery and Health subjects and courses and for all levels of students and staff. These individual sessions are generally arranged directly with academic teaching staff who will inform students about the sessions, however for larger groups where multiple sessions are presented, it is necessary for students to book themselves here.

Please note: these classes are available for students who are enrolled in these courses/subjects only. City students may attend Kuring-gai classes and vice versa. If your group is not included here and your lecturer has not arranged a class otherwise you may request your own class via the online form. You will need to organise a group totalling at least six students. request a group session.
