Retired UTS Staff

icon   Retired academic and support staff, professors emeriti, holders of honorary degrees and members of the UTS Council who have completed a 4 year term.

How to register for membership

  • Register Online or at the Library Enquiries & Loans Desk. A membership card needs to be created for you at the Library.
  • Please bring documentation from the Human Resources Department (HRU) that provides proof of retirement from your faculty or unit.
  • NEW members will be sent an email with login details for My Library within two business days. NEW and RENEWING members need to wait two business days before they can borrow library items.

Journal & Thesis items from the Library Retrieval System are borrowable for a day loan*

Reserve collection: 1 item for a 2 hour loan within the library (this is bookable)

7-day loan collection - up to 3 items

No InterLibrary Loans

No access to computers or databases.

*for in library use only. Items must be returned one hour before library closing.
