Shouldn't page numbers be listed in referencing Standards Australia and/or patents?

I've looked into the UTS Harvard referencing guide on-line and it really baffled me that the model used to demonstrate how referencing is done for Standards Australia lacks page numbers.

For example: Standards Australia 2008, Atmospheric corrosivity zones in Australia, AS 4312-2008, Standards Australia, Sydney.

Similarly, in-text referencing lacks reference to actual page numbers.

Is this 'academically' correct?

That is correct. The only time a page number would be required is in the event of a direct quotation.
