Using library databases effectively is the key to finding relevant journal literature and other resources to support your research. This class will show you how to maximise relevant search results from databases; it builds on the Starting your assignment workshop.

You will learn how to:

  • Identify relevant databases
  • Identify keywords and related terms
  • Use Boolean operators to combine keywords
  • Modify your search to improve relevancy
  • Save your search results
