SparkPlus allows students to self and peer-assess individual work and improve their judgment through benchmarking exercises. SparkPlus supports both criteria-based and holistic assessment.
RefWorks Flow is a free online referencing tool where you can select various referenicng styles  and export to create a bibliography. Get an account here
