Video and image databases 

  • Acland's Video Atlas of Human Anatomy - videos of real human anatomic specimens in their natural colours, texture and mobility. Includes exams and assessments
  • Anatomy T.V (Primal Pictures) - contains complete anatomical 3D models from skin to bone for various body parts. Includes quizes and tutorials 

Peer review article databases

  • AUSPORTMed -  medical and health issues in Australian sport 
  • Medline - comprehensive research international database anatomy and medicine
  • ProQuest Health & Medicine - a multidisciplinary database including and management - many full text articles
  • PubMedincludes systematic reviews, meta-analyses, reviews of clinical trials, evidence-based medicine, consensus development conferences, and guidelines.
