Uses speech recognition software to dictate, edit and control applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer. A headset is available from the Loans Desk to use with this software. As the use of this software can disrupt others it can only be used in the Assistive Technology Room CB02.08.127 which can be booked through Book a Room.

Kurzweil 3000 (Version 11)
Converts scanned print documents and digital files (such as eBooks or email) from text to speech and reads them aloud. Other features include highlighting, text circle tools, annotations, bookmarks and voice notes.

Read & Write Gold is a floating toolbar with great tools to help you improve your reading, writing and research including:
