The Harvard (UTS) Referencing Style is based on the Australian Government's Style Guide for Authors, Editors and Publishers (6th edition, 2002). It is used in all of the Faculties except Law.

The UTS Interactive Harvard Referencing Guide is an interactive PDF (2.7 MB) and is designed to help you reference quickly and simply. This document can also be scrolled through online like a regular PDF and can be printed off.

Referencing software

You can use the Harvard (UTS) Style with RefWorks, EndNote and Mendeley. To use the Harvard (UTS) Style with EndNote you will first need to download it from the Library's EndNote page.
