Problems with your borrowing record? UPDATE

UPDATE: 19 August, 2013 - 5pm

All backlog check-in items are now up-to-date and therefore all Library accounts should be correct.

If however your borrowing record is still displaying incorrect information then please come to the Loans and Enquiries desk and speak to us.

UPDATE: 19 August, 2013 - 10am 

The City Campus Library is now open but it will take us a few days to sort through the backlog of items that have accumulated over last weeks closure, causing some peoples borrowing record to show incorrect information.

If your borrowing record is still showing items that you have returned or is not showing items that you have borrowed, don't panic! We expect that it will return to normal shortly.

If however by Thursday 22 August it is still displaying incorrect information on your record then please come to the Loans and Enquiries desk and speak to us.

I am trying to renew my

I am trying to renew my checked-out items in 'MyLibary' and it is not working. It keeps stating the same date '04-09-13' after renewing 1 time, then 2 times. Despite the books originally being due back on 10-09-13! Is there a technical issue?

Hi Stephan,

We are unaware of any technical issues with MyLibrary however, if you call the Library on 02 9514 3666 we can investigate the matter further as we need to check your Library record.
