A talk presented by Dr Jane Wangmann
Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Law, UTS

Dr Wangmann’s presentation will reflect on the range of legal innovations responding  to domestic and family violence that have taken place in the last 30 years in Australia with focus on recent recommendations highlighted by the Royal Commission into Family Violence (Vic) and other recent law reform recommendations.

All are welcome to attend.

Dr Jane Wangmann joined the UTS Law Faculty in February 2010. Her work is primarily concerned with legal responses to domestic and family violence. She has over twenty years experience in the field including policy officer in the then NSW Attorney General’s Department and law reform officer with the Australian Law Reform Commission. She is currently a member of the NSW Domestic Violence Death Review Team (NSW Coroner).

Hi There, 

Hope the event went well. Unfortunately some of us may not have been able to attend due to work or other commitments.

However if such events were available on podcast or if there was a live webcast of events like this I am sure many more would  attend..

Just a thought after all this is University of TECHNOLOGY! Expectation is it should have best of  technology..
