I'm disappointed UTS - I went to get my ticket validated at Building 8 Level 2 at the Concierge Desk, which had a sign saying 'not attended', and tried to validate my ticket.  This did not work and after walking to building 10 (help services) with no help and they sent me to the Library to be told it is in building 8.  Noone was around, no number left for assistance.  I was given no other choice but to pay $37 for my parking.  I hope this is corrected before next Monday afternoon.

Hi Judith

I am sorry you had trouble validating your ticket. I have added some more information into the Parking section above in case you or others continue to experience difficulties. The concierge desk in Building 8 is generally not staffed, it is my understanding that there is signage to assist with parking validation and if for some reason it isn't working I would contact UTS Security to let them know. security.general@uts.edu.au
