Although the terms bibliography and reference list are often used interchangeably, technically a reference list is just a list describing your in text references in greater detail, wheras a bibliography is a reference list that additionally contains other materials you consulted for your research but didn't end up quoting or paraphrasing. It might be worth checking with your lecturer whether they really want a bibliography or are just talking about a reference list.
