How do I reference an enterprise agreement?

Hello.

I am using an enterprise agreement as one of my sources for an academic essay but I can not seem to find anything specifically listed in the 'referencing' section of the library website.

So I just wanted to ask how I can reference the agreement using the Harvard UTS style.

Thanks

Todd

Hi Todd,

So sorry this didn't get answered before now. Generally the best way to think of unusual reference types is in the form of a book or a website. If you have something ambiguous it will probably be close to one of these two. Is the enterprise agreement online? If so use website - you'll have fields for author, year, title, the website where it appears, the date you viewed and the url. it's an enterprise agreement in there usually after the title by writing

title, enterprise agreement, viewed ...

or you can mention that it's an enterprise agreement as part of the title if you think that works better

Similarly if it's a pdf or paper product you can use the book fields like author, year, title, publisher and place. you can get the fact that it's an enterprise agreement in there in a similar way...

title, enterprise agreement, publisher

or you can mention that it's an enterprise agreement as part of the title if you think that works better

I guess it might be too late for you to use this info now. Again I'm so sorry I don't know how this escaped our attention.
