How do I reference an image I took of another persons design or artwork?

There is an extra little detail provided by the fact that you've taken the photo of this work. The way I would deal with this is to reference the image as the guide recommends but perhaps make note that the photo is taken by the author (you) somewhere - perhaps in the body of your writing, perhaps in the in-text reference eg if the artwork was by Young and from 2011 you could write (Young 2011; photo by author.) In either event I don't think you need to mention the fact that you took the photo in the bibliography.
