  • Books
Average of 15 working days before item is ready for collection.
  • Photocopies of articles, conference papers or book chapters
We post material received in electronic format to the Web. An average time of 5 working days can be expected before you receive an email message with details that will allow you to access the requested material. Please check you email regularly.
  • Theses
Average of 6 to 8 weeks before item is ready for collection.

Some Australian postgraduate theses are available online via the Australian Digital Thesis (ADT) Program.

If the thesis is not available online, UTS Library will seek to borrow or purchase it. Most theses are not for loan and need to be purchased. If the thesis you require is held at a library near you, we recommend you view the thesis at that library.

  • Films/videos/dvds
Average of 10 working days before the item is ready for collection. Please submit requests for items required for classroom screenings as early as possible.
